Services

Five services. One question first: where does the work stall?

Giant Phoenix does not lead with a tool, a platform or a licence. Each engagement starts with the operational problem, and the service you end up buying is the one the diagnosis points to. Delivered from Abu Dhabi to clients across the UAE — Dubai and the Northern Emirates included — and the wider GCC.

Decision guide

Start from the symptom, not the service

Giant Phoenix starts with the operational problem and selects the service based on the diagnosis. If two rows describe you, the call sorts out which comes first.

How we work

The same four steps, whichever service applies

STEP 01
01

Identify the bottleneck

Map the real flow of work, find where it stalls, and quantify what the delay costs.

STEP 02
02

Define the workflow and measures

Agree the target flow, the systems, the approval points, and the numbers that prove it worked.

STEP 03
03

Build and integrate

Deliver into live systems in phases, with escalation paths and a fallback for every failure mode.

STEP 04
04

Measure and scale

Compare against baseline, tune the exceptions, then apply the pattern to the next workflow.

Choosing a service

Questions before you pick

Which service do we need?

That is what the strategy call establishes. Most businesses arrive describing a symptom — slow follow-up, late reports, a system nobody trusts — and the right service falls out of the diagnosis rather than being chosen up front.

Can services be combined?

Usually they are. A typical sequence is a bottleneck assessment, then a pilot automation on the highest-value workflow, then the integrations that make it hold. Fractional CTO support often runs alongside as the governing layer.

Do you take over existing systems and vendors?

Yes. Taking over an existing codebase, integration estate or vendor relationship is common, and technical due diligence on what is already there is usually the first step.

How are engagements priced?

Assessments and defined builds are quoted as a fixed fee against a written scope, with exclusions stated. Ongoing automation and Fractional CTO work runs on a monthly retainer sized to the days required. Pricing follows discovery and a written proposal — no rate card is published here, because the right number depends on scope.

Next step

Start with the bottleneck, not the technology

A 30-minute Workflow & Automation Strategy Call to identify your highest-priority workflow, the systems involved, and the right next step — automation, integration, transformation, CTO advisory, or a focused product build.

No obligation. If automation is not the right next step for you, we will say so on the call.
