Giant Phoenix LLC operates from Abu Dhabi and serves clients across the UAE — Dubai and the Northern Emirates included — and the wider GCC, with global delivery where the engagement is operationally supported. A registered US entity in Wyoming supports clients contracting from North America.
Delivery is remote-first with on-site presence where discovery genuinely needs it. Mapping a warehouse process or sitting with a service desk is work that happens in the room; most of what follows does not.

Is Giant Phoenix a consultancy or a delivery team?
Both, deliberately. The strategy is written by the person accountable for delivering it, and delivery is staffed to the engagement rather than to a bench that needs filling.
Who actually does the work?
The founder leads every engagement — discovery, architecture and the technical decisions. Delivery is supported by a trusted network of engineers and designers assembled around the specific requirement, and you are told who is doing what.
Do you work with clients outside the UAE?
Yes. Delivery is remote-first, with clients across the UAE, the wider GCC and internationally. Giant Phoenix LLC operates from Abu Dhabi and holds a registered US entity in Wyoming.
What sectors do you work in?
The pattern of operational bottlenecks repeats across sectors — construction, retail, logistics, professional services, education and financial services among them. Domain specifics are learned during discovery; the diagnostic method does not change.
What will you refuse to do?
Build a product for an idea with no evidence behind it, automate a process that should be eliminated instead, or recommend a platform because it is fashionable. If the honest answer is that you do not need the engagement, that is what you get.
