Let's identify the bottleneck holding your business back
Giant Phoenix helps growth-focused businesses improve inefficient workflows through AI automation, connected systems, digital transformation, and CTO-level technology leadership.
Request a Workflow & Automation Strategy Call
In 30 minutes, we will discuss the workflow creating the most friction, the systems involved, and whether AI automation, integration, digital transformation, Fractional CTO support, or a focused product build is the right next step.
Start the Conversation
A few details are enough to begin. We will review your enquiry and ask deeper questions during the strategy call if there is a potential fit.
Want to help us prepare for the conversation?
You may share additional details about your systems, timeline, budget, and desired outcome. These details are optional — your enquiry is already with us either way.
Three steps, no ceremony
You send five details
Enough to tell whether there is a fit and to prepare properly. Nothing more is required.
We confirm a time
A reply within one business day with proposed slots, and anything worth reading beforehand.
We map the bottleneck
Thirty minutes on the workflow, the systems and the constraint — then a written view of the next step.
Frequently asked questions
What happens on the call?
Thirty minutes, structured. We walk through the workflow causing the most friction, identify where it stalls and which systems are involved, and agree what the appropriate next step is — automation, integration, digital transformation, Fractional CTO support, a focused product build, or none of those.
Is the call a sales pitch?
It is a diagnostic conversation. If the honest conclusion is that you do not need an engagement, or that a change to your process would do the job without new technology, that is what you will hear.
Why does the form ask so little?
Because a first enquiry should not feel like an application. Five details are enough to tell whether there is a fit and to prepare properly. The deeper questions — systems, volumes, timeline, budget — belong in the conversation, or in the optional follow-up shown after you submit.
How does pricing work?
Assessments and defined builds are quoted as a fixed fee against a written scope, with exclusions stated, so there are no hourly surprises. Ongoing automation and Fractional CTO work runs on a monthly retainer sized to the days involved. Pricing follows discovery, requirements review and a written proposal — no rate is published here, because the right number depends on scope.
Who owns the code and IP?
Ownership of agreed deliverables transfers according to the signed agreement and payment terms, subject to stated exclusions such as pre-existing components and third-party or open-source software. Accounts and infrastructure are set up in your name.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes — happy to sign yours or provide ours before the first detailed conversation.
Can you work with our existing team, vendors or systems?
Yes. Extending an in-house team, taking over an existing codebase, or leading an external vendor are all common. Technical due diligence on what is already in place is usually the first step.
How quickly will we hear back?
Within one business day. Enquiries reach the founder directly rather than a queue.
